Installing xFusion WebDB Server

xFusion WebDB Server comes in a single windows installer package. In most cases, the installation wizard will quickly guide you through the process without the need for any additional assistance.

Before you begin the installation, make sure that eXamin Fusion is installed. Also Internet Information Services must be stopped and restarted again after the installation is completed. To restart IIS, consult www.microsoft.com .

To install xFusion WebDB Server:

1. Double-click WebDB-en-US.msi to start the installation process.

2. On the Welcome screen, click Next.

3. Read the License agreement, select I agree and then click Next

4. On the Customer Information screen, fill in your Name and Organization, then click Next.

5. On the IIS Authentication Information, fill in the administrative username and password, then click Next.

6. On the Select Installation Folder: screen, click the Browse button to select the root folder for your eXamin SAP installation.

   • You can use the Disk Cost Tool to help you determine the drive you will use for installation, based on the amount of disk space required and the amount available on the various drives in your system.

7. On the Confirm Installation screen, click Next.

8. Wait a moment for the installer to complete the process.

9. On the Installation Complete screen, select to Launch the Web DB Licenses Manager, then clcik Finish.

10. On the Licenses dialog, enter the licenses, then click Close.
